dawn earles
Dawn Earles stands as a distinguished authority in the realms of entrepreneurship, interior decorating, styling, and home staging, boasting over 17 years of experience. Her journey into the world of design began at West Virginia University, where she graduated with a BS degree in Textiles/Fashion Merchandising, igniting her lifelong fascination with blending prints, patterns, and colors. In 2004, Dawn took a significant step by obtaining her certification in Interior Decorating, launching Dawn Earles Design LLC, and initially offering her decorating prowess to friends and family's homes. Her focus has since shifted towards specializing in color consultations and ultimately to dedicating her practice to home staging, for which she earned a professional certification in 2021. Her extensive experience includes collaborations with numerous local craftsmen, through which she gained substantial knowledge about the remodeling industry. Driven by her passion for helping others and building networks, Dawn created Renovate Ready, a thriving Facebook community with over 13,000 members. This platform has become the definitive hub for design, DIY, and remodeling enthusiasts, offering homeowners in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., a place to find vetted, licensed, and insured home service professionals. In 2024, Dawn took a leap of faith and opened an upscale one-of-a-kind boutique called Cheers, My Dear, offering kitchen essentials, vintage wares, and hostess's gifts that reflect a sense of gathering and celebration. The space also offers micro "Pop-Up" events at 42 E Piccadilly St., Winchester, VA. Dawn LOVES connecting people and bringing them together. An opportunity presented itself in Winchester with a need for more transportation as the area continues to grow and brings in many guests looking for tours and entertainment. Magnolia Tours and Transport was born with a business partner that shares the same mission.

sarah lundgren
Hi, I’m Sarah Lundgren, co-founder of Magnolia Tours & Transport, a boutique wine tour and transportation service based in Northern Virginia. Magnolia was born from my love for Virginia wine country, scenic drives, and creating memorable, meaningful experiences for people — something that’s been at the heart of every step in my professional journey. Before launching Magnolia, I worked as a certified surgical technologist, where I cared for patients in the operating room with precision, compassion, and focus under pressure. In 2012, I followed my entrepreneurial spirit and founded a home staging business, where I worked closely with realtors and homeowners to transform spaces for a faster sale. That work sharpened my eye for detail and taught me how to truly listen — to clients’ needs, their vision, and their expectations. Whether I was helping a patient feel safe, or a homeowner feel proud of their space, my goal was always the same: create an experience built on trust, clarity, and care. At Magnolia Tours & Transport, I bring that same mindset to every tour. Whether you’re celebrating something special or simply savoring a weekend escape, my mission is to make the journey just as enjoyable as the destination — elegant, comfortable, and completely stress-free. Because at Magnolia Tours & Transport, every journey truly blooms with elegance — and I’d be honored to be part of yours.
